The Gentlemen Baristas (Park St)

This quaint café tucked away on a quiet road by Borough Market provides a down to earth experience in London. The seating is limited but looks out towards the Park Street. Each person who walked into the little shop knew the baristas. It felt like being in amongst a community of coffee lovers. There’s a large emphasis on sustainability and the environment. They sell their in house coffee and specialty coffee items to make your own cup at home. The flat white carries a good amount of acidity with a light finish. There are flaky pastries and sandwiches served late into the day.
