Good vibes, tasty brews, and inventive food sum up Fleetwood Macchiato. This neighbourhood café in between Newtown and Erskineville has been looking after locals for the last five years. It is not often a café gets the balance between the coffee, food and atmosphere but these guys do it perfectly. 

The food menu is always changing and always good, and is dominated by house made pickles, preserves, cakes and even yoghurt. Teacraft teas are made with attention to detail from a small but solid range. The seasonal house made sodas are well worth a look in too.

Coffee options are not forgotten here with Sample’s Pacemaker in the grinder for milky options. Single origin coffees are brewed for either espresso or on the the Fetco batch brewer. These coffees are selected from the cupping table and you can expect to see a range of roasters over time, including Everyday, Wood and co, Parallel and Mecca.
