Victoria Street in Seddon had fast become a popular destination for those in the west to find themselves boutique stores, grocers, cafés, and much more. Coffee wise, and even food wise, Common Galaxia sends out, not to say there aren’t other great places along the street.

They 
serve a Seven Seeds Golden Gate blend for milky drinks, allowing for bolder and richer flavours while rotating guest roasters. You might find some Proud Mary’s, Market Lane or any of Melbourne's fine roasters being served alternately via a V60 pour over, to ensure all complexity comes through. A seasonal food menu is also on offer.

Exposed cinder block mesh well to the woodgrain and panels to make it light and welcoming, with greenery being a nice final touch. Regardless of where you sit, the space feels open as the shop has been maximised with windows for natural light in all conditions. Common Galaxia has also opened itself up for Friday night drinks along with small nibbles and bites.
