Coffee Lab is an expanding group of venues located in Hampshire, Wiltshire, and West Sussex. Dhan Tamang, UK Latte Art Champion 2017, is part of the Coffee Lab team and there's a wide range of coffee expertise to be found in the various locations and behind-the-scenes. This branch is the larger of the two Winchester ones, spaciously arranged with a variety of regular table seating, some large, elevated benches for groups, and a few high stools around the edges. The look and feel is pretty functional, but there are a few homely touches that elevate a café that is more substance than style. It's slightly off the main high street too, and so benefits from being close enough to the hustle and bustle to be useful, but just that bit calmer so you can grab a brew and relax away from the shopping. 

Coffee is brewed in-house and well handled in espresso-based drinks. There's a wide range of sandwiches, cakes, and pastries too. It's a busy, friendly café with great staff who ensure just the right balance of customer service and speed.
